Default Accord Interchangeble Parts

I currently have a 96 Honda Prelude S with a crappy F22a1. I was informed that there are Accords that run with this F series engine. I was wondering what years is this Accord and can i use some of those parts for mine and is it even worth it?? Some products are harder to find for the f22 Prelude so i was wondering if i could get parts from the f22 Accord engine and use them?? So what years is the Accord that has an f22 engine?

Thanx

The cheapest mod for you to do would be to get an H22a Engine swap... you can find a use COMPLETE SWAP (Everything needed) for $2000-$2400. If you get the JDM Motor, thats an instant 65 Horsepower Jump which would cost you probably $3000ish if you were to get a Turbo for the F-Series with the same results. I suggest going with the H22a1 (OBD I), for the best bang/buck ratio.

90-97. 90-93 has f22a1/4/6, which would be direct bolt on to your engine. 94-97 have the f22b1/2 which some things are different like the header ports are differently so you couldnt use the header from that engine. but yea its honestly not worth it. I would go with the swap if I were you.
