I received an email back from GReddy. The say that their is a header presently in production right now for the 97-01 preludes.
Unfortunately, no release date was mentioned.

GReddy said sometime in fall it'll be released...i believe to make the 4th gen header fit you hafta cut the header where it connects to the cat or have a really short test pipe made because the length is different...correct me if i'm wrong
