Default 96 With a knock in one wheel;ABS?

Hello guys,

I did a few searches prior to this post but i couldn't find someone with a similar situation.

Here is the problem:
As I drive there is a repeating light knock in the passenger side rear wheel. The tempo of the knock follows my speed. When I brake the knocking gets very loud (sounds almost like a semi's Jake brake from the inside). Any thoughts on what is wrong?

My ABS light is ON.
I have tried removing all the ABS fuses & relay from under the hood but the problem remains (the dash board light stays on as well).
I have no code.
Fluid levels look fine.
Only one wheel is affected.
It's doesn't feel like a frozen caliper but I could be wrong.

At the very least I wish to fully understand the problem so if I am forced to bring it to a shop (vs doing it myself) I won't get burned.

Thanks

Yep, every time I park. I forgot to mention this is a 5-speed manual.

Look closely for a crack in the wheel.
