Which thermostat to use on JDM H22??
A friend of mine recently bought a 94 Prelude with a JDM H22. One of the first things he did was a coolant flush. Only problem is that the thermostat he purchased from the local honda dealer is way too small.
Does anyone know which is the correct thermostat to use?

Doublecheck to make sure the thermo. they gave him is the correct one, if not go to Autozone and have them get you one and see if that works....Should be the thermo. from an H22A1 (92-95)..if that doesnt work try an H23A1 (92-95)

We went to a second Honda dealer today with a part number, but it is indeed to small.Same thing at Autozone.
H23 thermostat = good idea. Well try that later today when the auto parts opens. Thanks
