Default Vtec

Dose The Vtec Selonoid Need Constent Power To Run With A Switch? I Just Sawped H23 To H22 And My Vtec Isnt Turning On.

Yes But I Had To Put My H23 Ecu Back Couse It Would Drive Like It Was Out Of Time With The H22 Ecu.

do you have enough oil. is the engine warm? are you up to speed? are you past 40-60% throttle position? any CEL's? check your wiring.

Plenty Of Oil Ive Red Lined It At 7 1/2 And It Still Dosent Pop. I Thougt About Run It To A Switch But I Dont Know If It Needs A Constent 12v Or Just A Quick Pop Of 12v

running vtec to a switch is a stupid idea and would only add to your problems

If you have an H23 ECU it won't work, the H22 ECU (P13 or P14) is what tells the motor when to engage VTEC. You can't use a non-VTEC ECU with a VTEC motor.
