Default Weird transmission problem

I had a prelude si with H23 engine, the engine blew so I had a JDM h22a put in, i am still using the h23 tranny. after a couple days of driving i noticed that it's harder to put into gear. like i have to put more force for it to go into gears. and i also notice when im going 50+ and i downshift to 3rd gear it grinds now and when im doing 60+ and downshift to 4th gear its hard to puish it in and then it grinds. does anyone know the problem? maybe the tranny wasn't put in correctly or something? please help o.O

There are 2 possible reasons as to why you are having problems
1. Your synchros are shot... H23 trannies/synchros are not designed for such high rpms.
2. Your clutch is busted, but not to the point where every spring is broken off... aka the clutch never fully disengages from the flywheel.

The second reason is why you have to put more force on the shift lever to get into gear. You should read up on how a tranny works...

Either way you will need to inspect it thoroughly/ get it fixed for it to work properly.
Also, did you ever think of changing your driving habits?
You seem pretty destructive...
