Default Stuck head bolt

Help! Replacing the cylinder head in a 93 Si, non v-tech motor, and I can't get onel of the head bolts out. I have 9 of the 10 out, I think it's #8 in the tightening sequence that is stuck. It's starting to round some. I tried some heat, a cheater bar, and retightening down the other nine head bolts.

Any ideas? Let me say that I am replacing the head, so I do not mind whipping out the cutting tools here, just seeing if anybody has a better idea.

Thanks - great forum. I spend a lot of time on other car forums (non-honda, sorry, I collect old Mopars mostly) , and i really like how well designed this one is.

Drill a hole in the middle and chisle off as much of the head of the bolt as you need to before it starts loosening up. I had to do that to 2 of my head bolts...
