Boost?
um...stock internals
daily of 5-7 psi is near the safe limits
there's people with built motors running 20+
so thats really a question of how much boost u want to run and how much $ ur willing to spend

Damn noobs.
Psi doesn't matter. It is the CFM that the turbo flows. Different turbos make different power at a given psi level, so trying to pinpoint a particular psi level the engine can take is worthless.
Also, tuning has a huge effect on how much boost can be run. A half assed fuel management system of an FMU and missing link will kill any motor at any psi, whereas, a strong fuel management setup of Hondata, Crome, EMS, etc will allow more boost to be run with safer results.

Ive been having some trouble finding a turbo install write up for a 4th gen, the best one ive come across, which explains what you will need and basic install instructions, is for an Integra. I was wondering if anyone would know of a good source just for a 4th gen Turbo intall write up.
