check engine light oon but no flashing light

my check engine light but my ecu isnt flashing codes an iy wont go passt 4000 rpm. any help ASAP. thanx

Mine couldnt go over 3500, and has rough idle and the ecus flashing doesnt throw any codes

As for your CEL, just go to AutoZone and have them plug you in. Come back to us with the code.

Ya, and if his car is 95 or older they can't pull the code. They can only do ODB2. If its a 4g then there's an 80% chance its ODB1.
