Default problems with ecu

I have a 93 prelude that has h22 jdm swap and I have put 340 injectors. I recently put a new ecu in the car but now it won't go over 120 mph. I am not sure if this is an ecu problem or may be something else. Also, what is the best suspension that is not so expensive I can buy.

JDM H22s are limited to 118 mph. To get around it, you have to chip it or get an EMS. I'd go with the EMS. As for suspension, Neuspeed springs are good and Tokico shocks. Just depends on what you consider to be "expensive"
