Hey guys.
I'm new to the topic of exhaust systems because I never considered it as an option for my car. I recenently discovered, though, that one can stay in Stock class in AutoX with a cat-back system.
I'm not in any rush to get one, but I'd like to know what options are out there, and what advantages a cat-back system offers (specifically for the prelude). I look forward to a nicer sound, but I'm unsure of how much hp I'll get out of this.
I'm looking into the RS-R ExMag system:

And it looks pretty sweet! A little pricey, but I do want a good brand.
Will there be much of a power gain with this system? What exhaust systems do you guys have?
Thanks.

as far as hp gains.. you will gain almost nothing. to get gains you need to complete a whole exhuast system, I/H/E. It's like buying nike shoes for a fat person. you need a few more things or else no gains.
This link gives you a preview of certain exhuast.

the sound quality doesn't sound that well, the best way is to go to a track and ask people to rev for you. I've got a greddy EVo II, I love it, no one has ever said it soinds "okay," it has always been it sounds "awesome."

Good link too, BTW.
I was going to post that but you beat me to it.
i got an apexi N1, and i love it everyone who hears it says it sounds nice, i believe louder then the greddy, but not high pitched deep which is nice witht he N1, greddy is really nice though they actually go the extra mile to make it 100 percent legal as for my N1, its not illegal cause exhuast dosen't require a carb sticker, but noise polution is an issue
With I/H/HFC/E, forged internals, valvetrain, and cam upgrades my greddy evo only rang in a 91.5dB without baffle. That's plenty legal in California and I got my nifty sticker from the testing station. The judge was surprised because the EVO isn't designed for a baffle (no silencer) but had to refund my money. I'd say EVO all the way!
