Default Headlight not working right

Problem: low beam wont come on on driver's side, replaced light. High beams still work but no low beam. Checked fuse..didnt replace fuse but looks just fine. What in the bleep is wrong?

(Also 2 weeks ago pass. side light died but a friend replaced that one ok, then a week later a rear running light died, I replaced that light ok..so everything was working til today)
