the rims are nice, but i dont reccomend ADR
they are NOT DOT approved, so they aren't as astrong as they should be to be safe ive heard of ADR wheels breaking while people are taking hard turns |

ADR and Rota's are a mixed bag. I've seen cracked Rota's ... I've seen cracked ADR's. I could tell ya that the Rota's are lighter.

99% of my friends have either Rota or ADR, because they are cheap and typically pretty dependable. My friends have had ADR's on 350z's, 300zx's, Civic's, you name it. None of them have had problems with either. Anyway, back to the main topic, I think the rims would look great on your car. |
i don't know about the quality of any rims... but those ADR's would look sweet on a black lude!

nahh man... the black would look bad ass on the black lude!!... the silver look good... but not bad ass..... that's just me.
|
yeah black is wayyy better looking imo
but hey its ur car do what u like |
RACING HART... a bit more money but man they are damn good rims, have 18's on my lude with 215-35-18 tires and i live in chicago, so pot hole heaven, so i have a really bad dent on one of them does not leak or bother the performance of my car, very well made rims, u can always buy them a bit used on Ebay.com or just look around plus they are From the mother land "Japan" well at least mine are "T5000" but i had ADR when they first came out about 5 yrs ago, i hit a pot hole on lake shore drive and like the lip came off the rim, f u can picture that it was not pretty.. messed up my suspension.. brakes... upper and lower control arms, bent my fender, my hood, my front bumper.. so just invest into something good. "You Pay Cheap You Get Cheap"..

Those are some nice rims

Thanks for all the opinions. I really appreciate it. I think I'm going to stick w/ my original plan and go with some 16x7 Rota GT3s. I just can't decide whether or not I want the royal black, silver, or royal bronze.

Nice, I'd rather get the rotas instead. A whole lot lighter.
|
Go with the Black wheels they look good as hell. Are they 17's or 18's? Either size they are butter(nice)....
|
i wouldn't worry about cracking on adr wheels. i haven't seen them crack before, but i have seen rota's crack.
