Coolant lines to throttle body?

There are two coolant lines that go into the bottom of the throttle body on the h22a(one is in and one is out i guess). Does any one know what the purpous of these coolant lines are and if there are any benifets if you bypass them?

Yeah they help with idle on a cold start. I see no point in bypassing them..

if you bypass, once your car heats up, it will idle irratically, up and down. for example, from 1000-1500 rpm. the tb uses the coolant to know when the car is up to operating temperature, so it adjusts to the warm engine.
