Default Decisions please.

2001 honda prelude, salvaged due to theft, AT silver 39k miles, wings west sides and rear, greddy front lip, 2.50 inch exhaust, sony explode cd deck with pioneer 5 way 6x9 rears and 6 1/2 mids. good condition, engine is still very strong, tranny needs work. buy it as is for $5000 or i could fix the tranny and buy it at 7000.

Please tell me if its worth it. Thx.

instead of fixing the tranny, see if they'll swap it out for a manual for the same price.

If you plan to sell it eventually, pass, but if this is a car ur gonna have forever, definitely buy that one. I really doubt they'd do the manual swap for u for the same price, but you could very well do it yourself, especially with the money you'd be saving by getting this one.
