Depends on a number of factors: ride height (stock or lowered? If lowered, how low?), offset of the wheels, overall diameter of the tire...the three things I can think of at the moment.

Based on what little information I see at the moment, obviously expect a slightly larger diameter due to the sidewall being taller. Due to that, a 45-series aspect tire will fill more of the wheel well than a 40. If you have wheels that are less than +45mm offset, AND you're lowered, there's a chance you may experience rubbing on the inside lining of the wheel well.

In my case, however, I have 17" +40mm offset wheels on 215/40/17s (Kumho MX's), but I don't experience any rubbing. Part of it is due to being lowered, I now have more negative camber (esp. in the rear), plus, due to having fairly stiff suspension, I don't experience much body roll. But, what works for me doesn't always work for someone else.

I also have a tire question. I am looking at getting new tires for my car and currently I have Nitto 450. I want to go with something that would give me better all season traction. Ohio has all different kinds of weather! I also want a tire that does not make a lot of noise. What do you guys suggest?

Problem with all-season performance tires is that they sacrifice a bit of the performance of summer tires for year-round usability. So, don't expect it to perform anywhere near an even average summer tire can do. Having said that, I've had no issues with the Pirelli P7000 SuperSports (if you can find it anymore). If you can't find it, then opt for the Pirelli PZero Nero, which was the SS's replacement. There's also the Falken Ziex ZE-512s, which I've also had. They're cheap, and should last you through a year or more. You can also try the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDWS.
