Just checked it out better, it has no dents or scrapes, I was wrong, I don't know what header I was remembering with damage but its not this one! It also has the O2 sensor, wires, and O2 sensor plug. First person to paypal me $100 gets it (plus shipping if applicable). themilman@hotmail.com
