its just a regular ex bumper cover primered in gray
my cars about 10 miles away and i have no way there(its not running)
i have no idea on the shipping
it shouldnt be any more than $20
if i did it i would just ship it to you c.o.d. and the shipping would be added on
i dont know if they go by weight or size

 

i looked on ebay it should be $20-$40 for shipping
