this guy was the biggest bottlekneck of all... Lieberaman irritates me, but stevens was the biggest "hold up" squeeze for any and everthing that ever tried to get past. Hopefully he'll be serving hard time and his filibusters fill a hole... I'll stop. This is a family site... right?
