I honestly hope they have some long term plans for that building because otherwise that is a collosal waste of taxpayer (MY) money.

Pffft. That is a trivial sum on the grand scale of things. Before I left from military service in Germany (2001) the most recent Commissary (military grocery store) cost nearly $1 billion.

125 million isn't a complex, it's a tin hut. Halliburton and the locals will squander the majority of it anyways.
