There is no such thing as a 1991 BMW 850 CSi (not in the States, anyway); the CSi wasn't introduced until 1994.
The 1991 BMW 850i has 296 horsepower and weighs 4123 pounds. The 1991 NSX has 270 horsepower and weighs 3010 pounds. The NSX will win the race - by a considerable margin.
The 1991 NSX will even beat the 1994 BMW CSi, which has 372 horsepower but weighs 4167 pounds.
