factory tire size for nsx's
hi, my uncle just got an nsx and whats to replace the tires but he's not sure what size he should get for the front n rear for 17s. these tires will be mounted on the factory 17s....can i have some suggestions on some sizes and what name brand tires to get? any help is appreciated. thanks
If he has the "factory 17s" front and rear, he either has a brand new 2002 NSX (and the tires should still be fine), or he has aftermarket wheels. The NSX came from the factory with 15" front wheels (five spoke style) in 1991-93, and with 16" front wheels (seven spoke style) in 1994-2001.
The OEM tires (Yokohama A022H or Bridgestone RE010) are excellent.
You might want to look at the "Tire Tech" section of the NSX FAQ, which you can find at http://www.nsxprime.com/toc.htm
