07 Sentra

Being a Nissan fan, to me it's a little conservative but a clean design for a small car.

Looks like a Maxima and a Saturn Ion mated. :barf: WTF Nissan.

Spot on Shawn, spot on.

MrFatbooty 01-10-2006 09:35 PM

It looks like a shrunken Maxima to me, which happens to have the same C-pillar shape as the Ion, as well as the Mazda3 sedan.

So yeah let's just talk about the car itself instead of whether or not it looks like a Saturn.

It's got an interesting look to it though.

Reminds me of an Echo in some aspects. Looks to have wheels in a similar style to the G35C wheels as well as the headlights.

I want to see it in person though, I recall the Sentra's being ridiculously small.

Definitely a step backward for Nissan.

They almost look like a larger SI wheel.

My first car was a Sentra so I am biased for Sentras but I think this car looks pretty good. It looks like a shrunken Maxima as it should. I wish this car had come out earlier so I had a better comparison with the ugly duckling that is the new Civic. Anyway, the only negative I have is "available ABS." I don't think you can make ABS available anymore in this segment. It has to be standard.

nissan scrapped the first redesign because it was too ugly. then they go ahead and do this? lol. sometimes when you take design cues from several cars and put them together, they look good. but this time, it didn't work. this car is very unproportional.

If I remember correctly, the first redesign was reject by USA customers during design clinics but I believe that design became the Bluebird Slyphy model in Japan.
