In recent Camry history, all models using the same engine have had the same transmission. When they switched from 4-speed to 5-speed automatics the change was made across the board. The only exception here being that the SE V6 got the 3.3 liter in 2004 and the 5-speed that came with it while the rest of the lineup had 4-speed transmissions. But everything else got a 5-speed transmission in 2005. It would stand to reason that if Toyota goes to a 6-speed the change will be similarly uniform.

Between the blurry focus and the weird camera angles, I'm not making any comments until I see some decent photos of this thing. h:

But the way your post came out it sounded like you meant the XLE 4-cyl would get the 6-speed while the base LE 4-cyl would keep the 5-speed.
Honestly I don't think Toyota will switch to 6-speed transmissions just yet. They only switched to 5-speeds for the 2005 model year, and the Camry is not exactly what I would call a pillar of technical innovation.
