Default Chevy Cobalt SS

If anyone finds specs, please share.

The pics look good. I'm still no diggin those circle taillights, and that wing is too much, but I like the clean front and rear lips. The interior is great too.

I didn't really like the shape of the Cobalt to begin with, and I'm not sure if this is an upgrade or a downgrade. What the hell is that wing? Looks like a crappy imitation of a GT-R or '99-'02 RX-7 wing.

The upper dash (everything above the silver trim) looks totally cribbed from a VW Jetta.

And Racing Hart wheels? I mean come on, can they be any more derivative of the Mazdaspeed Protege (and Protege MP3 before that)? "Mazda bought wheels from these guys, we should too!"

It had potential.....but the end result is slightly too tacky for me.

:edit: now that I go back and look at the pics, I think this is one of those cars that would look the best without a wing at all.

The original idea, which from my POV was probably a 2 door Impala... had some merit. Without the wing, with some more reasonable tires, I'm guessing it could be decent.

The interior is actually surprisingly good for a GM product. Except for those couches where the seats should be.

If the 6-speed (will it indeed have a 6-speed?) in the SS is the same as the Saab's...Well, I've read quite a few reports about problems with those trannies...I guess only a handful of companies can build a good 6-speed these days...
