Default Just got an 02 R6

Hey guys, I just got an 02 R6 for 6,700 from a dealer. Since Ive never bought a bike/car from the dealer... do you still have to take the paperwork to the dmv to register it under your name?? They told me the pinkslip was gonna be under my name and I got 2006 tags for it.

When i bought a used bike from the dealer a long time ago, they were basically selling it for somebody. I eventually got the title, and had to take it to the dmv to get it transferred to my name. Congratualations on your new bike, and be careful. Watch out for other idiots on the road, and especially the cops that will pull you over and ticket you, because it's so easy to speed on a sport bike. When i ride mine, i basically try to ride it on back roads away from traffic. Also, don't you wish you would have come across a deal like this. http://adcache.cycletrader.com/5/2/8/81323828.htm

The 02 R6 is a beautiful machine, perfect at carving those apex's. Good choice.

$6700 for a 02 R6 is NOT A GOOD DEAL !!!! U got ripped. i could have found one for you for maybe $5,200 $5,500 with less miles then the one you got. I got an '01 CBR600RR for $4,500 w/ 4K miles only. KBB was like 6K. Its all about the negotiation.
