All plastic parts have Wrinkled paint!!!
Hi Gang
I have a 2005 Honda Odyssey (Sage) after ~20 months all of the parts on the van that are plastic either have wrinkles or a warped appearance!
I brought it to Honda but they are not in agreement that this is a Honda issue!!! And that was from their regional specialist (I understand his job is to NOT incur cost so that would be his first reaction having never seen this before)
I believe I have a prototype dilemma here (2005 is the first year with this shape/style) and am hoping someone else has had this issue as well. Before I begin a class action suit I'd like to give Honda another chance at making good on this.
I brought the van to 2 different auto body shops and they both said there is nothing such as heat or chemical that could have done that. They both claimed Honda is 100% at fault.
The strange thing is the paint isnt peeling, its the actual plastic that is wrinked or warped and I mean almost every piece of exterior plastic on the van!
Please, tell me someone else has seen or heard of this already!
