Default Looking at MDX's and Pilots, need advice on used MDX shopping

The wife and I are looking at SUV's. The list contains 4runner, Pathfinder, Pilot, and MDX.

I'm looking to spend $35k max, which means I'm looking at used MDX's, so I need to get a bunch of info about buying these used.

I've found a few used ones local that meet the color requirements we are after:

04 MDX Touring w/NAV, 26k miles, $28,995 at a Honda dealership
05 MDX Touring, 11k miles, $32,166
05 MDX, 11.6k miles, $33,147. Uknown if Touring, no NAV.
05 MDX, 7.3k miles, $31,475. Unknown if Touring, no NAV.
06 MDX Touring w/NAV and RES, 12k miles, $37,593

Questions:
-Are these prices any good?
-How can I determine if a car has the Touring package are not? Anything exterior/interior that is easy to spot?
-What changes were made between 04, 05, and 06. I'm using the 06 specs on Acura's website as reference, so I want to make sure I'm using proper info.
-Do I want to avoid an 04 or 05 for any reasons?
-When did XM become standard? This is a big requirement for my wife.
-What is the reliability like on the MDX?
-What is the warranty and maintenance coverages on 04, 05, and 06's ?

I threw an 06 in there because if something drastic was done between 04/05 and 06's, I'd consder that 06 and throw a few grand down to bring it down to the price I am looking to pay.

Price wise, I can get a Pilot EX-L brand new for the price of most of these 1 to 2 year old MDX's. I can probably even get NAV in the EX-L for these prices, I hear Honda is dealing heavy on Pilot's right now. How do the Pilot and MDX compare?
