Default suspension for 2k crv

hey, got a 2000 crv. i got 235/50/18 and now whenever i hit a bump or whatnot, my rear tires rub badly on the wheel well. figured since i got 70k miles on it its time to upgrade my struts. any suggestions on what i should get? and would getting stiffer struts solve my problem with the rubbing? thanks.

Where does it hit the tire? If you can go to another size try that first. Stiffer springs would be probably be next, if you can higher rates but not lower height and maybe stiffer shocks while you're there.
