HAN Meet September 15, 2006
Hey guys, for those of you who don't know, this meet was generated from a friendly competition between 2gr84u and myself. The plan was to race his built D-series turbo against my built B-series turbo. Through disscussion on HAN, this has evolved into what we believe will be a big HAN Meet. We are planning to go to Richmond Dragway & have a great time. Details are as follows. I would like to turn this into a weekend event if we have a bunch of people that wanna hang out. I know i'll be traveling 6-7 hours to get there so i'm planning to being there an extra day. Check back for updates & lemme know who's interested.

EDIT AFTER THE MEET!:
This meet turned out to be a big success. Not only did we have a great turn-out, but we had a great time. HAN'ers finally had a chance to put some faces with the names that they see everyday online. Following are some of the pictures that were taken. I'll also be posting up links to a photo gallery as well as a few videos. Due to the fact that it got dark & Briana wasn't feeling that well, i don't have video of everyone making passes like i was hoping for. We'll improve on the media for next years event that will probably be held in North Eastern Ohio. Thanks to all who contributed photos!
My Broken Downpipe! This is a perfect excuse to finally make the Mandrel Bent one that i wanted to start with!
KEEP IN MIND: We didn't have much money to blow on fixing this! I welded that bish back together & we put it back into action!
It was welded with a flux core welder & no grinding tools!
Some of the false readings that were showing up in CromePro due to the exhaust leak!

2 cars decided that they wanted to run into eachother at the turn around!

I am pretty sure I am in as long as we arent pouring the floor for the woodshop that weekend.
Tony, you would come through WV and we can go the rest of the wat together. If you want to make the drive to here you are welcome to stay and then we could roll down the next day.
