Rules: NO SPEEDING, NO BURNOUTS, NO REVVING, NO FIGHTING ETC.!

if the parking is based on first come first serve then i don't think there won't be alot of car? cuz generally i would like to have big ass parking. its better to have extra parking than extra car w/o parkings
