Default TDC Sensor!!

I took my 1991 Acura Legend to the dealer and they said my TDC 2 sensor is bad. I've driven on my check engine light for about 6 months now and was fine until now. Now when I drive it is ok for about 5 miles then bogs down and dies as if there is no fuel getting to the engine, then my car acts like its about to stall then dies out completely. I heard you can just replace the whole distribution unit for the same price as buying the TDC 2 sensor. Any ideas on what I should do?? Can anyone give me info on how much this type of sensor costs and labor prices for installation so I don't get ripped off!!! Thanks a million!!

Can't say I've heard of a TDC 2 sensor. Read what codes your engine is giving and post those codes so someone can try to help you. If you don't know how to get the codes look in the following link for ECU codes:
