Brakes & loud tapping sound from lifters or values
 

89 acura legend rear brakes lights stay on when car is off? and tapping sound lifters or values i can't quieted it down help!:confused: :confused:

1. could be a brake switch.
2. I assume you mean tapping valves? Check oil level. Try getting on oil change if its due. Try valve lash.

Check the switch on the brake pedal and make sure it is releasing.
