Can't get check engine light to "come on".
I have a 1988 Acura Legend with app. 130.000 miles on it. The check engine light has never come on scince i bought it. I have checked the bulb,fuses,wires,and the control panel. Nothing so far has worked. Correct me if i am wronge, but dosen't the light have to flash on for a few seconds when you first start your car in order to pass smog?
