Legend 90 LS "Gear Stuck"

I have an ACURA LEGEND 90 V6 LS 4 door and its my progect car and it have ben stolen and striped. Now i fixed everything up and i got one problem. Its Automatic and its stuck in 3 gear and it doesnt change lower or higher. I dont know what to do. and there and "S3" light is always blinking on the speedometer. HELP!!! PLZ

if the s3 light is blinking, that means there is a trouble code stored. it can be a range of problems. you need to find out how to read the codes on your car from the Check Engine Light in order to pin point the problem and fix it.
