Default buying 1991 legend

just wondering the engine specs for the 3.2 v6,abd should i buy this car or rebuild my engine in my vigor,anything i should know

Vigor engines are maintence hogs. Legend engines are pretty bullet proof until you let them overheat and there go the head gaskets. Type I is 200 HP Type II is 230 HP. Type II only in 93+ coupes and 94+ GS.

Common Legend problem areas:

Rear tranny mount
Drivers door lock actuator
Radiator top tank cracking
VSS
Master cylinder after 90K

Working at an Acura dealership, I've also noticed inner tie rods tend to go fairly early on these cars as well.

Rust is also an issue with any older Honda in the snow belt.
