I am hoping they are is an RL genius amongst everyone on this forum. I have a 1997 RL base model RL that has electrical gremlins after removing the aftermarket sound system that it had for years. I went back to a full factory system (no harnesses cut ,everything plugged right up). Since the reinstall ,my front speakers do not play and the radio stays energized at all times with the key out of the ignition. This is creating a 1.5 amp parasitic draw. Are there any Acura Master techs out there with any ideas.? I was almost leaning towards a possible multiplexer issue but I did not know if that would fit all the symptoms.... I have already replaced the radio with a salvage yard radio , it didn't change any symptoms.
