Problems with Neuspeed?

Anyone else had problems with Neuspeed? I placed a web-site order with them about 10 days ago- they took my money, never confirmed the order, refuse to respond to email and the phone number I call never gets answered......

Starting to think I've been taken......

Neuspeed is a very reputable company that has global sales. I'd keep trying. They're not a local mom-and-pop shop who'd take your money and run. :)

Well, being a 'reputable' and 'global' company I shouldn't need to 'keep trying'. This is the worst service I have ever received and will certainly not be doing business with them again. For example I've done tracking on the emails I've sent and I know that they have received & read them. Yet no response.....

This is a joke.

What has ended-up happening is they have sold me a header that is not designed for my car- I have a '92 LS, it is for the GS/GSR. But so far nobody can tell me what the differences are in the two models.

Not in 1992, its not a B18C1. In the 2G GS-R's, its the B17A.

I would guess that the LS/RS/GS are still the same engine wise then though all having the B18B, no?
