Default Screaching noise coming from rear

To all:

I have a screaching noise coming from my brakes on my integra. I checked and it appears to be the right rear side, I checked the rotor and it appears that it is scratching up the rotor. This only happens when I'm almost about to stop and I hit the brakes. I was gonna check the brake fluid because I think that it may be low. Does anyone have any other suggestions??

your pads might be quite worn
causing the metal to scratch on the rotor..
check those out

OK... I'm gonna check the brake fluid as well because I'm sure if that is very low that could have something to do with it as well....

See it's weird though, it's only the right rear, not the left rear. I thought the pads would wear the same amount and not one over the other that's why it didn't make sense.

They're never going to wear PERFECTLY the same. Wait a while & both sides will do that. But by then you'll have trashed your rotors.
