What kind of integra should i get?
hey guys i was just wondering what kind of integra i should get i was looking at the type r and also the gsr they both look good but the type r has more horse power soo i dont know can some one help me out
It really depends on what your looking for your teg to do. Type-R's are a little faster and handle better than GSR's. They also are more rare and have higher risk of being stolen and higher insurance rates. GSR's have sunroof's that Type-R's don't to reduce weight. Some GSR's have leather. It really is just personal preference.
Most people will say Type R because of the name.
Some people cry about the R being too loud and/or stiff for daily driving.
Some people like the leather, sunroof, cruise control, map lights, sound deadening, etc. that the GSR has, excluded from the Type R.
How old are you, how is your record? The insurance can be a killer.

hey im 15 turning 16 real soon and this is going to be my first car my parents are paying so it doesnt matter about cost but i have to pay for the insurence, and i have a clean record also so that doesnt matter
Exactly. My first one was an LS, because I couldn't find a GSR fast enough. I wrecked that car once myself, got hit twice & learned a whole lot about Honda/Acura stuff in general. THEN I got the Type R and appreciated it a lot more.
If the insurance allows, I'd even say get a GSR if you can find one. Best of luck

I also started with an LS... then I found a type R for sale so I traded it in.
The amount the insurance increases is almost none... Atleast in Pennsylvania. My insurance was 1940 will full coverage and full tort with the LS, 1998 will the same coverage, full tort, for a newer Typer R. I guess it all depends where you live.
But you should just get an LS, GS, or RS You are young, and an inexperienced driver. If you get a Type R, you very well may wreck it. Just give yourself some time with an LS or something, then trade it in later on.

im kinda dumb, i was blind by my love for the cars. I had a civic, then sold it for a 1996 GS-R, then I sold that because of many problems, and insurance is very very very very very high. Then i got a 2000 LS, to my suprise my insurance is also still very very very very very High. $433 a month for the LS. So im currently selling mine right now, $12,500 and its yours.
