ok, my brother just got a '96 gsr with 55k miles for about 11k. he got some help from my parents. was this a good deal? keep in mind it's his first car.

It's a fair deal...nothing spectactular, but no one really was ripped either, assuming it was bought from a dealership. If it was a private owner, than I'd say the seller got the better half.

its an alright deal. If it was bought this year, the price is kinda high for a 6 year old car. But 55K for a six year old car is very low mileage. It means that the previous owner probably didn't beat on it... meaning drive it hard for you sick bastages out there.

throw intake, headers, and exhaust on this car and you'll be flying.
