its okay Will, I'm with you on this one. I've seen so many good prices for GSR's and what not, but mom and dad (the car is under their name, for the sake of lower interest rates, i pay the monthly payments and everything else) wanted to buy from an acura/honda dealership only (my mom somehow gets lower interest rates through the hospital she works at), no private party or ghetto dealerships.

we spent weeks searching for cars, but no luck in southern california dealerships for Gs-R's let alone manual LS's, so when we found one, my parents were so tired of me being so damn picky, i had no choice but to be a good son, and be happy knowing my parents are loving/supportive enough of me to help me a get a car, so i got the 2000 LS with 27k miles, for a rather expensive price (straight out of blue book, although we haggled it down almost 2.5k lower than the sticker price on the car) in September of 2001. Keep in mind, brand new a 2000 sedan went for something like 23k.
They were ready to get me an automatic civic 96 dx from a family friend...hmmm auto dx vs. manual LS....i'll choose the integra thank you very much.

O yeah, my mom somehow knew ahead of time that GSR's have higher insurance rates because of the "B-Teck", and what not she told me they had. so she voted no on the GSR's, but that doesnt matter since we couldnt find one.
