Default rims or lowering

which one should i do next? i have the money to lower it but i dont know if i should just save up and get rims. what would u guys do?

oh and if it matters, the rims are gonna be racing hart s7's (silver or gunmetal, not sure which one yet) and i was gonna be dropped on koni reds and skunk2's.

definitely lower the car first, that is unless you plan to go four wheeling...

so do you guys think the koni red and skunk2 coilover setup will ride smooth? or have you heard of how it rides from friends?
