Throttle Response
I have a 94' Ls integra with i/h/e and a aftermarket clutch and 12 lb. flywheel. I have upgraded my ignition with magnicor wires and better spark plugs.
My problem is that i usually have poor throttle response, and when im at a light, if i rev my engine up a little, and then let it go back down, the rpms go way below idle (like 500-600) and the engine seems like it is going to stall.
I've narrowed it down to a couple of possibilities.
1) No problem at all, just cause the light flywheel.
2) Caused by my alternator which is pretty bad.
3) someone told me, poor throttle response could mean you need to clean your throttle body.
If anyone has any ideas, please let me know, and if you know how to clean a throttle body that would be very helpful.

hm, the FSM points to (when the car is warm) the IACV, or idle air control valve. You may want to get a fsm or borrow one and check that. Besides that I suppose you can check your idle adjust screw (its near the throttle body)
If your idle speed changes when you turn on the stereo or lights or something then check your alternator belt, and then the alternator.
