Default Help with computer message

I've got a 89 Integra (my work car) and after I ahve changed a timing belt, it never working right, in a nutrual it just shut off, and computer blinks 9 times, which means something like #1 cylinder positons.
Any ideas how to fix it?

check your timing and all your ignition stuff.....maybe knocked something loose......

Already did, the timing is fine, but for some reason my valves a nocking.

Well if the valves were not knocking before the change then the timing must be off or you did something that your not telling us.

did you check with a light or just looking at it.....timing isn't the easiest thing to get perfect.....sounds high if the valves are making noise....

I checked with a timing light and even tried by changing a position of a ditrubitor, still doesn't help.
But when I looked in the book, I found out that the same message #9 could be as "#1 cylinder position" and "purge control valve". Sounds familiar?
