I'm running 215/40/17 with a 2inch drop and my rear tires rub pretty badly on my rear inner fender lining. Stick with 205/40/17.

Same here... that's the only time I rub even after chiseling off a bit of the control arm.

I have a 205/40/17 tire and I never rub. I have ground control with a Skunk 2 camber kit on the front if that matters. Good luck.

If I do a 1 inch drop on stock rims (15 inch) , will I still need a camber kit for it?

No, you don't need a camber kit w/ an inch drop. my car use to have prokits w/c is an inch drop and did not have the kit and had even tire wear.

BuLLeTeG3, your msg is the exact answer I needed. Im running on prokits and kyb agx and not sure to get cambers or not since I only have a 1.3 inch drop. If I ever have inbalance tire wear, I'll post a follow up to let u guyz know.
