Im looking for new shocks but kinda short on cash what is a good not so expensive shock. Also what is the price difference between good not so expensive shocks and stock. I gonna be putting on my coilovers soon so Im going to be lowered about maybe one and half or two inches.
Thanks in advance, Luc

I would say KYB AGX is your best bet. I plan on buying them soon to go with my Eibach prokit. From what I've heard they are a very respectable, reliable adjustable shock for cars that are not slammed. The best prices Ive seen so far are like mid $300. I'd like to buy the Koni's but can't drop $500 like that.
OEM shocks from a dealer would be the most expensive thing you could buy, aside from like triple-adjustable remote reservoir racing dampers.
AGX shocks aren't really made to take a 2" or more drop. They are not warrantied w/ a 2" drop, I know that. If you can wait I highly recommend you save up and get the Konis. I did and it was worth the wait, most definitely. :bigok:

I suck.
