97 Integra P0141
I just replaced the downstream o2 sensor on my 97 integra ls because I was getting P0141 and now that I have replaced it I still keeping getting the code immediately after clearing it, I'm not entirely sure what I need to do to fix it, please help.

Grounding problem? (Negative battery clamp & negative battery cable, main body ground, thermostat housing ground, engine ground, transmission ground) Bad ground could limit the electrical current needed to heat the O2 sensor. Corrosion in wiring connections is another possibility.

Assuming you bought one with an oe connector (not crimp . soldiering), do you get the code immediately?
Otherwise, did you buy a NTK or Denso? At our shop, we always bought the oem manufacture for o2 sensors. If you bought, lets say the bosch sensor.. they sometimes won't cut it and keep dinging the light.
