92 Integra LS Won't Start

Car is a 1992 Integra LS with about 71,000 miles on it. I went to the market the other day then came home and parked it. A few hours later had to leave and got in the car and tried to start it but it would crank but not fire. I checked the fuel pump and it is running. I did all the continuity tests on the EFI main relay and it passed all tests. I replaced the ignitor but still no go. I also checked the voltage on the wht/blue and blk/yel wires at the ignitor and I get voltage. I tested the coil and get .8-.9 ohms on the primary winding and around 14,000 ohms on the secondary winding. When I turn the key to the on position the CEL comes on and stays on. The only thing I can think it could be at this point is the ECU. Have I missed something? Any idea if it is the ECU? Also will a P75 ECU work?

what does the CEL code indicate (if it does at all)?

Nothing. I just jumpered the service plug and CEL just stays solid.

solid CEL when jumped = bad ecu

Thats what I thought. I have one on the way. Thanks for the reply.

Ok I received the ECU and plugged it in. Now when I turn the key to the on position the CEL comes on and then shuts off after about 2 seconds and I also hear a click from the EFI main relay. But the car still will not start. So it looks as though there was more then one problem. Now that the ECU is functioning correctly the only other thing I can think of is the coil. Even if the tests indicated that the coil is good is it possible that it is bad anyways? I also had a new fuel filter that I bought a couple months ago but never installed so I went ahead and installed it. While the fuel lines were disconnected I checked for fuel and it gave a nice healthy burst so it looks like the fuel pump is fine. Any other ideas? What have I missed?

Ok problem solved. Even though the coil tested good it was bad. I replaced it with a new Accel Hi Performance coil and it fires right up!
