1) depnending on what obd b16 you get yes it will bolt right into your car, with no modification. if you get a different obd b16 than your car you will need to use your old injectors etc.. the engine being jdm doesnt have anything to do with where stuff/wires are positioned. (ps - there is no b16 'gsr' engine)
2)an rsx engine will not fit in a teg (altho i have seen it done in a civc which means it can be done in a teg too). but you'll need lots and lots of money and time. and some extra cash will help.

I dont think the rsx engine will go in the teg. It can go into the new civic, but both the rsx engine and the new civic engine spin the opposite direction of your tegs, so i do not think it is possible, atleast without a lot of modifications.
